1. Technology process:
The process of aerobic high-temperature fermentation equipment is to mix organic waste with reflux material or biomass and high-temperature biological fermentation bacteria, so that the moisture content reaches 60-70% of the design requirements, and then enter the treatment system, and send oxygen to the organic waste through the vortex pump. And under the action of the hydraulic mixing device and the gravity of the excrement itself, the fermentation process lasts for 8 days, so that the material undergoes sufficient aerobic fermentation and decomposition, and the heat released during the decomposition process can increase the temperature of the organic waste, which can reach At 80°C, during the fermentation process, the moisture of the organic waste is continuously evaporated, and part of the organic matter is decomposed and decomposed, so that the volume of the organic waste is reduced, and the purpose of the reduction and stabilization of the organic waste is achieved. The equipment is equipped with oxygen concentration sensor and temperature sensor. The oxygen supply and temperature are automatically adjusted through PLC signals. Under the effects of ventilation, oxygenation, stirring, etc., the temperature of organic waste fermentation is controlled between 55-65°C to achieve organic waste fermentation treatment At this temperature, a large number of pathogenic bacteria and parasites in the pile of organic waste can die, and the purpose of harmless treatment of organic waste can be achieved. Part of the processed materials are mixed with new materials as return materials, and most of them are packaged and sold as organic fertilizers to realize the resource utilization of organic waste. The odor generated in the fermentation process passes through the collection system and enters the deodorization device to meet the discharge standards, avoiding secondary pollution. The system is equipped with electric auxiliary heating to ensure that the fermentation conditions can be reached quickly in a low temperature environment and continuous production in a low temperature environment.
